Room Chats is our room panel translation concept for short service conversations. A guest presses reception, dining, laundry, housekeeping or maintenance on the panel in their room, and the staff station in that department answers. From ordering a meal to requesting fresh towels, each side speaks and hears their own language, set for the guest at check-in.
Connection over hotel and building networks, call routing between rooms and departments, internet requirements and supported languages remain to be confirmed. It is not intended for emergency calls, medical advice, consent or allergy-sensitive orders.
