Screen and hand pad translation for patients who cannot speak during treatment.
Med Chats is our translation concept for dental and medical treatment, when the patient often cannot speak. The clinician asks a short question in their own language, the patient reads it in theirs on a screen beside the chair and answers with a tap on a hand pad: yes, no, stop or pause. The answer reaches the clinician in their language.
The screen, the hand pad, connection and supported languages remain to be confirmed. Med Chats is meant for short everyday questions during treatment. It is not intended for diagnosis, medical advice, consent or emergencies.
A Clear Answer Without Speaking.
The dentist asks a question in Turkish. The patient reads it in German and selects Yes on her hand pad. Med Chats delivers her answer in Turkish.
A Little Tap, a Clear Voice
The dentist speaks English, and the child reads French on a friendly screen. A tap on the touchpad selects “Pause,” letting the dentist know they need a break without speaking.
